About us

We'd like to offer a warm welcome to Emma, who has just joined our office team and will be learning our office systems over the next couple of months.

As she settles in, she will gradually be let loose on you, the public, so listen out for the new voice on the phone. You'll initially find yourself speaking to Emma on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as she will be on the front line answering your calls and queries. I'm sure she'd appreciate it if people could bear with her while she learns the ropes and gets used to our office environment.
