Home owners

PL Taylor can provide a full design, consultation, installation and inspection service, from additional socket outlets to full-house rewires, including fault-finding and property surveys.

We can undertake full-house upgrades of the electrical system, and can provide a same-day service in response to problems such as failed sockets, lights or alarms.

We also provide a full-home NIC–EIC periodic electrical inspection, if this has been requested prior to mortgage approval for a property.

Landlords' and Estate Agents' electrical services

We can provide the same level of service to Landlords and Estate Agents as to which we offer our home owner clients. We can also provide the electrical test reports required for the new home-buyer packs.
