Estimates, either verbal or written, can be obtained from our electricians at any time, or you can make an appointment for one of our supervisors to call in and assess your job.

We will then cost the job and produce a plan for the most efficient way to carry out the work, which causes you the least inconvenience possible.

We will also project manage the work, assisting and informing you at every stage, no matter how large or small the job. You will receive regular updates from our team throughout the process.

Written estimates will be sent out within five workings days of an initial call and are valid for 30 days, due to manufacturing terms.

  • We provide a full 12-month guarantee on all our work.
  • Any defects arising from faulty installation or repair work that may need rectifying, and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the earliest possible time that suits you.
  • Problems which arise outside the company’s standard guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at the company’s discretion.
